Hotel/Castello is located near Parma, perfect if you like to visit Parmesan factory, Balsamico Vinegar and Culatello ham producers. The Hotel has 40 rooms which are functional nice Pool and Spa facilities. Castle visits can be arrange which are highly recommended.

A gem in the country

Getting to it is easy - follow their directions about turning off the GPS and following the signs once you reach Tabiano. It is an impressive compound with several buildings housing rooms, restaurants, the spa, etc. It is rustic in every way, and that’s what makes it wonderful. The people at the desk were helpful in every way possible, which is a bonus in an area where you need directions to go anywhere. We used it as a base for many road trips out in the country - the roads are a challenge, but the views are spectacular. It was always nice to come home to a warm room with a fantastic shower and hot water that just wouldn’t quit. Well done!

Panoramic beauty

Highly recommend. Remote, yet fairly refined. The spa is small but perfect. Be prepared for climbing some steps, but it's worth it. Each morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast in an amazing setting.

The best Italy has to offer

This place offers the whole package for a typical Italian trip: the accommodation in a lovely restored medieval castle, the view over rolling hills, the food (not enough words to describe it), the wines, the swimming pool, the spa and the whole atmosphere. I really appreciate the attention to details, from candles to table clothes to decorations. I am grateful that I have the chance to experience a place like this, for reasonable prices and the management has my respect for everything they do. I can't wait to return.

Where do I begin. Well this place is a must stay. Beautiful scenery all round and roof top restaurant just amazing. Loved the old restored buildings and so clean everywhere. Very welcoming staff everywhere and loved the food and wine. Awesome place for Romantic get away or just needing to relax with a few friends. Could not fault this place only wish we could have stayed longer. Thankyou for a memory never to be forgotten.
